  I'm giving this a 4 overall.
  
  The food is a 3. It's not bad, don't get me wrong! But it's WAAAAAYYYY overpriced for what it is! It's bar food. Half the menu is deep fried, and almost everything on the menus exceeds the 13-14 dollar mark.
  
  However the atmosphere at the Stuart location is great! The inside feels nice and beachy, the drinks are strong, and the bartenders are always friendly!
  
  A nice place to just hang out with friends and have some drinks.
