  I went to Dr. Gubernick with a torn achilles tendon. He put me in a "boot",
  (a soft removeable cast). After a month, I told him it did not seem to be
  getting any better. He looked right at me and said "I don't know what to
  do!" So, I went to an orthopedic surgeon, who said Dr. Gubernick had put
  me in the WRONG cast, and I had to start treatment all over again with
  the correct cast. My horrible insurance would only pay for one cast per
  accident, so I had to pay for the correct cast myself..$150. I also asked
  him for nail fungus cream. He sold me something that said RIGHT ON
  THE PACKAGE...NOT FOR NAIL FUNGUS!! I actually called the manufac-
  turing company, which said to me.."This does not cure nail fungus!" I
  demanded my $35. back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DR. GUBERNICK.
  I WOULD not go back there again.

  Truely a great experience. I had third degree burns on the bottom of both of. my feet and they were treated and healed in three weeks: excellent care!!
