  I ordered a large chili and it was cold. So then I proceeded to the counter to have them heat it up and was told that chili was hot to them. I asked for my money back and the manager on duty which name is Michelle didn't even make any eye contact with me and didn't even ask if there was anything that she could do to remedy the situation.My only parting gift was her rolling her eyes as she handed me my money back. I will no longer even look towards this Wendy's again.
